• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Solid understanding of Lubricants Products and their uses in different sectors.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our sales and marketing efforts for Sena Lubricants. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion in sales and marketing with Petrochemicals industry. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share and promoting our products to a wide customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find potential customers and arrange sales visits.

• Plan, implement, and manage the company's sales strategy.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and selling strategies.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and answer customer queries.

• Analyze customer feedback to improve sales techniques.

• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.

• Negotiate contracts and packages on behalf of the company.

• Prepare Sales report as required by the management.
