Responsibilities & Context:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Aid in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Support HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events-Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to enhance departmental efficiency.
