  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A unique chance to join a newly established international company ACI CO-RO Bangladesh Ltd.

We are looking for an young energetic and enthusiast person for under the sales department. He will be responsible to Lead sales and growth in the HoReCa channel by managing key accounts, developing new business, and driving team performance to achieve revenue and market goals.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A glimpse of key responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the HoReCa channel.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and caterers.

  • Identify and onboard new customers and drive product placements.

  • Conduct product demos and share new recipes with baristas and chefs to promote usage. Leverage our product range to create new drinks or food ideas for customers.

  • Ensure availability, visibility, and correct usage of products in all customer outlets.

  • Manage timely customer payments and credit limits while ensuring on-time delivery, excellent after-sales support, and end-to-end customer service to maintain strong relationships.

  • Support marketing activities, sampling, and menu placement initiatives.

  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activities to support planning, pricing, and promotional decisions.
