Job Responsibilities

• Promote domestic and international tour packages

• Find new customers through online and offline marketing

• Manage social media pages and create travel-related content

• Run Facebook, Instagram, Google, or TikTok advertisements

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging apps

• Explain visa, ticket, hotel, and tour package information to customers

• Build relationships with corporate clients and travel partners

• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors

• Arrange promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and events

• Maintain customer database and follow up with leads

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators

• Prepare marketing reports and sales performance updates

• Handle customer feedback and improve service quality

• Support branding and business growth strategies

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of tourism and travel services

• Social media and digital marketing knowledge

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Fluent Bengali and basic English communication
