Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Manager of QA & Microbiology is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and microbiology functions within the juice manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, maintains product quality standards, and leads a team to monitor and control all quality and microbiological aspects of production. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in quality and safety .Maintain & Develop WTP & ETP related test method & also maintain the regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain and update QMS & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control and microbiological testing.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs in line & Lab with regulatory requirements (e.g., BSTI, Codex, EU, FDA, GMP,HACCP, ISO-17025,9001& 22000, FSSC 22000).
∎ Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially MS Office.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English
∎ Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ High level of professional integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.

∎ We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented assistant manager/manager-QA & microbiology to be the wingman to our Head of Factory, playing a pivotal role in driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG food brand management.
∎ This position will report to Head of Factory
∎ KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
