∎ A strong track record in international growth, marketing, commercial leadership, and management
∎ Experience working across the Asia Pacific region, such as China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Middle east & Europe, including multinational corporations and high-growth startups

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage overall operations of the business in the country, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market growth.
∎ Develop and execute strategic business plans, driving market entry, expansion, and revenue growth.
∎ Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial targets, cost savings, and profitability goals are met.
∎ Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance.
∎ Drive brand portfolio management and innovation, launching new products and revitalizing existing brands to enhance market position.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing manufacturing, quality control, and health & safety standards.
∎ Implement market expansion strategies, increasing distribution, improving sales productivity, and maximizing market share.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive edge and business growth.
∎ Oversee Factory operations production KPI’s, Health, Environment and Safety
