Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding..
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop workforce plans.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
∎ Handle HR-related queries and concerns from employees.
∎ Manage HR records and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.
∎ Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years

∎ Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
