Responsibilities & Context:
Support end-users with troubleshooting and IT-related queries.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, user support logs, and procedures.
Assist in managing user accounts, emails, and system access rights. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office management software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, remote login software, and FTP Server.
Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systems. Configure and operate internet and data network equipment, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.
Communicate with vendors regarding problem-solving and procurement.
Configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV, IP Phones, attendance machines, etc.
Collect the requirement specification from users and provide a solution by communicating with the in-house development team.
