Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network connectivity
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices
Support users with network-related technical issues
Monitor internet connectivity and network performance
Configure IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs
Assist in firewall and network security management
Perform network troubleshooting and issue resolution
Maintain network documentation and reports
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and third-party service providers
Provide technical support for office IT infrastructure
Ensure proper network uptime and stability
