Candidate Requirements :

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related roles
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
  • Good understanding of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English

Responsibilities & Context:

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 AM – 6 PM (1-hour break included)

Important Notes :

  • Full-time, on-site position (no remote or freelance work)
  • In-person interview mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruitment and onboarding processes including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal letters
  • Maintain employee records, update databases, and safeguard personal data
  • Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities
  • Support payroll data collection, attendance monitoring, and employee welfare programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Organize staff welfare, recognition, and workplace events
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and sensitive information
