∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To coordinate and implement employee training and development related activities.
∎ To support and coordinate HR services of Corporate HR in line with the strategic and operational objectives of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting TNA and competency gap analysis, planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating the training and development programs.
∎ Overall coordination of different Corporate HR related tasks including all the activities related to Expatriates.
∎ Organizing different company corporate events, assisting in all activities related to corporate communications and maintaining liaison with internal and external stakeholders etc.
∎ Coordinating the CSR activities and related reporting.
∎ Extending support in HRIS and SAP Operation.
∎ Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Specific Knowledge: Human Resources Management, Training & Development, and HR Services etc.
∎ Business Understanding: Able to interpret both internal and external behavior of the organization and its members.
