∎ Able to work individual and provide solution after auditor inspection.
∎ Knowledge of ACCORD/RSC standard is a must.
∎ Basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Technical qualification in Human Resource
