We are looking for a responsible and experienced Garments QC to ensure product quality throughout production. The role involves inline and final inspection, close coordination with factories, and effective control of quality risks to meet buyer requirements and shipment timelines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Pre-production & Sample Review

• Review PP sample, size set, and approved standards

• Understand buyer requirements, quality standards, and specifications

• Identify potential risks before bulk production

2. Inline Quality Control

• Conduct inline inspections during production

• Monitor workmanship, measurements, and construction

• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately

• Follow up with factory to prevent recurring issues

3. Final Inspection

• Perform final inspection based on AQL or buyer requirements

• Ensure garments meet quality, measurement, and packing standards

• Approve or reject shipment based on inspection results

4. Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

• Analyze quality issues and identify root causes

• Work with factory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions

• Follow up rework and ensure issues are properly resolved

5. Follow-up & Coordination

• Coordinate with merchandisers, production team, and factory

• Track production status and ensure on-time shipment

• Highlight risks and delays in advance

6. Reporting

• Prepare inspection reports with clear comments and photos

• Communicate issues effectively in English

• Maintain proper records of inspections and approvals

7. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure production follows buyer quality standards and compliance requirements

• Support audit or buyer inspection if needed

Ensure all garments meet buyer quality standards while minimizing defects, risks, and shipment delays.
