Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have minimum BBA degree with specialization in - HR from prestigious local universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as the strategic partner & emergency responder of sales team against the HR deliverables.
∎ Work as employee mediator & maintain appropriate and effective relationship With sales team & functional heads.
∎ Provide advisory to sales tearn on day to day people issues and support the managers on coaching employees to enhance performance.
∎ Design & develop HR policies. programs and Standard Operating procedures to ensure standardized & uniformed practices over works in accordance with Group initiative.
∎ Manage company succession plan. IDP, individual role profiling, PMS management and organization restructure initiative to uplift the talent to the next height.
∎ Administering employee engagement programs, employee awareness programs methods and channels to get the employees involved towards company Objectives.
∎ Manage the recruitment process of employees for sales as per the procedure specified by company policy which starts from sourcing to onboard.
∎ Make budget planning. talent acquisition methods & channels to ensure right & competitive talents within the organization. Facilitate the organization to reach to next height through employer branding.
∎ Conduct the induction process to ensure proper orientation for new incumbent which covers all fundamental policy & process Of company and along With responsible to ensure onboard Capex & Opex support for them.
∎ Analysis and identify needs for sales employees and organize internal/externaI training programs in line with skill development program and successfully run as per training calendar.
∎ Manage reward & motivation system of MNL to retain the right talent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years, having experience in FMCG business.
∎ Experience in telecommunication/FMCG/ multinational companies will add value to this position.
