Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Human Resource Management, NGO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including preparing JD, sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, checking references, providing follow-through with candidates, and reporting recruiting statistics.
∎ Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures as per NGO Bureau and other stakeholders.
∎ Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, and recruitment files.
∎ Process payroll every month considering other inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, and other deductions to payroll.
∎ Create, provide, and distribute documents, agreements, and letters as requested.
∎ Track the attendance of all staff day-wise, track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves and prepare a month-end report.
∎ Manage the Director's calendar including organizing meetings, sending reminders, recording minutes from meetings, and organizing catering when necessary.
∎ Support HR Administration in line with Compliance and legal requirements as per NGO Bureau.
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative duties like coordinating office supplies, managing schedules, and organizing meetings and events.
∎ Implement a training and development process to ensure that appropriate development needs are met on a timely and cost-effective basis.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Excellent communication & articulation skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
∎ Proficiency in GSuite and MS Office
∎ A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)

AMAL- HEALTH
It already runs a lot of health projects in different parts of Bangladesh (mainly Dhaka). Though its prime focus is health, it has worked in different sectors for making those unfortunate people’s lives better. It has run educational projects, new cloth distribution projects, relief distribution for flood affected people etc. For example- it has successfully finished relief distribution program in Sonpocha Chor, Sariakandi a few days earlier. This program helped nearly 2000 people with food, cloth, medicine, health checkup etc.We have recently setup our community clinic at shonpocha char. The very 1st clinic over there.

AMAL: Health Camp in Schools
AMAL Regularly organize health camp with free medical and dental checkup with medicines, vaccines and vitamins to children.Along with that basic treatment/check ups to the lpocals distressed people.
AMAL: Health Camp in Slums
AMAL Knows the conditions of hygines in slums and to facilate necessary medicines to protect people from diseases. AMAL is working in Rayer Bazar Slum, Dhanmondi regularly and give free medical treatment to children and women.
