∎ Skills Required: Expertise in MS Office, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Summary of Key Functions:
∎ 1. Responsible for the execution and management of program activities.
∎ 2. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating project indicators.
∎ 3. Administrative support to the program activities.
∎ 1. Responsible for the execution and management of program activities focusing on achievement of the following results:
∎ Planning and designing the program strategies and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
∎ Provide strategic and tactical guidance and support to project team members on a daily basis in order to ensure quality implementation and facilitate process monitoring.
∎ Developing and implementing project communication strategies.
∎ 2. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating project indicators focusing on achievement of the following results:
∎ Ensure regular communication and collaboration with the project team to achieve the project's specific goals, objectives, and KPIs.
∎ Track and report on programme implementation and fund utilization.
∎ Develop reports and project proposals both in qualitative and quantitative aspects.
∎ Presentation of reports for project auditing and evaluation.
∎ Provide leadership support, supervision, and guidance for the Project's implementation.
∎ 3. Administrative support to the program activities focusing on achievement of the following results:
∎ Provide logistics support during the project visit
∎ Prepare budget, creation of requisitions, vouchers, etc.
∎ Provide other daily administrative support as instructed by the supervisor.
∎ 4. Other responsibilities are assigned by the supervisor to ensure quality implementation and contribution to the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Have experience working on dimensional projects in rural areas.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to lead and work well in a team setting and with multiple partners.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure both proactively and reactively and prioritize a challenging workload.
∎ Flexibility to travel.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)

AMAL- HEALTH
It already runs a lot of health projects in different parts of Bangladesh (mainly Dhaka). Though its prime focus is health, it has worked in different sectors for making those unfortunate people’s lives better. It has run educational projects, new cloth distribution projects, relief distribution for flood affected people etc. For example- it has successfully finished relief distribution program in Sonpocha Chor, Sariakandi a few days earlier. This program helped nearly 2000 people with food, cloth, medicine, health checkup etc.We have recently setup our community clinic at shonpocha char. The very 1st clinic over there.

AMAL: Health Camp in Schools
AMAL Regularly organize health camp with free medical and dental checkup with medicines, vaccines and vitamins to children.Along with that basic treatment/check ups to the lpocals distressed people.
AMAL: Health Camp in Slums
AMAL Knows the conditions of hygines in slums and to facilate necessary medicines to protect people from diseases. AMAL is working in Rayer Bazar Slum, Dhanmondi regularly and give free medical treatment to children and women.
