Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Al-Abeer Company, a leading manpower recruitment and HR solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, support recruitment activities, and manage administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and ensure timely processing of documentation for selected candidates.
  • Handle payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration in line with Saudi labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) regulations.
  • Manage general administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Support in organizing training, employee engagement, and performance evaluation activities.
  • Liaise with management and staff to address HR issues promptly and professionally.
