Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and admin roles, preferably in an NGO setting.
Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

Position Overview:
The HR & Admin Officer is a key member of the operations team, responsible for supporting the effective management of human resources and ensuring smooth administrative functions across the organization. This position plays a critical role in recruitment, employee relations, documentation, office management, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Job Description/Responsibility:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date employee records (contracts, leave, attendance, personnel files).
Facilitate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Track staff attendance, leave, and prepare related reports.
Support performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Coordinate staff training and capacity building programs.
Support in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, bonuses, etc.).
Handle employee grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and inventory control.
Supervise support staff (cleaners, drivers, etc.) and office maintenance.
Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and organizational events.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents and records.
Assist in lease/rent, utility bills, and general facility management.
Maintain confidentiality of HR and organizational documents.
