Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead HR operations at the factory including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training.
∎ Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and time management systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.), and internal HR policies.
∎ Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
∎ Collaborate with plant leadership to support performance management and workforce planning.
∎ Supervise admin functions such as transport, housekeeping, canteen, and facility maintenance.
∎ Liaise with government authorities and ensure audit readiness.
∎ Promote a positive and compliant work culture aligned with safety, health, and environmental standards
