Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies for industrial chains and motor parts.
Build and maintain a strong network of dealers and distributors in key markets including Dhaka, Chittagong, and beyond.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead recruitment, training, and management of the regional sales team.
Regularly engage with dealers and market hubs, especially in industrial areas such as Nawabpur.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches.
Collaborate with international headquarters on pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.
