Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

1.Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related field3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration

2.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, payroll, tax, and compliance processesExperience with HRIS software/BIPO will be an advantageExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

3.Proficient in MS Office applicationsStrong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead and manage overall HR and administrative operations of the organization

  2. Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and compliance

  3. Ensure accurate payroll processing, tax management, and statutory compliance procedures

  4. Lead HRIS (BIPO) implementation, employee database management, and HR reporting

  5. Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, disciplinary matters, and performance management processes

  6. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines

  7. Coordinate with Central HR and support business planning, workforce planning, and operational reporting

  8. Supervise office administration, logistics, vendor management, and facility operations

  9. Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and staff documentation

  10. Support management in organizational development and strategic HR planning

  11. Organize staff training, meetings, and employee engagement programs

  12. Ensure smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations
