Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed Institution
∎ Any third class not allowed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Implement HR Department’s plan and policies in the factory.
∎ Provide full support to HRD in recruitment & Selection and other day to day HR & Admin job in shop floor.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of floor, tiles, toilets, factory premises as per buyer’s requirement.
∎ Ensure daily attendance of each employee through facial attendance devise.
∎ Prepare daily attendance & absent of shop floor & conduct employee counseling.
∎ Participate in disciplinary action procedure.
∎ Implement company compliance related guidelines.
∎ Assist HR to established sound industrial relation system in factory.
∎ Prepare job description for non-management employees.
∎ Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system at shop floor.
∎ Ensure sound housekeeping at shop floor.
∎ Monitor security deployment posting to ensure effective security system
∎ Support compliance team to face audit and collaborate with external auditors when needed.
∎ Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
