∎ Familiarity with health and safety regulations in housekeeping operations.
∎ Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
∎ Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees to maintain high-quality standards.
∎ Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety standards.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping team members.
∎ Ensure all rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
∎ Oversee inventory control for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to report and resolve any facility-related issues.
∎ Implement and monitor adherence to housekeeping procedures and hygiene protocols.
∎ Address and resolve guest complaints professionally related to housekeeping.
∎ Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
∎ Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and stored.
∎ Ensure staff comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
∎ Conduct regular safety and hygiene training for housekeeping employees.
∎ Report any hazards or incidents promptly to management.
