Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct security checks.
∎ Identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.
∎ Investigate incidents of internal and external theft.
∎ Lead and train loss prevention staff on security protocols.
∎ Conduct workshops on theft prevention, fraud detection, and safety procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with company loss prevention policies.
∎ Document and report security incidents, thefts, and policy violations.
∎ Work with law enforcement when required.
∎ Conduct interviews and interrogations when necessary.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
∎ Perform audits and risk assessments.
∎ Maintain records of security breaches and preventive measures.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans.
∎ Ensure fire and safety regulations are met.
∎ Assist in handling workplace violence or conflicts.
