Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet guests warmly and open doors upon arrival and departure.
∎ Assist with luggage handling and direct guests as needed.
∎ Provide information about the premises, local attractions, and transportation options.
∎ Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and assistance.
∎ Monitor entrance areas to prevent unauthorized access.
∎ Report suspicious behavior or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Ensure guests and staff adhere to safety protocols.
∎ Assist in emergencies, such as fire evacuations or medical incidents.
∎ Liaise with security personnel and reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Assist in managing vehicle drop-off and pick-up areas.
∎ Coordinate with valet services if applicable.
∎ Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
∎ Uphold company standards in customer service and hospitality.
∎ Handle guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
