Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facility Management: Ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and fully operational.
∎ Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee routine and emergency maintenance, liaise with contractors, and schedule repairs as necessary.
∎ Security & Safety Compliance: Implement security measures, manage access control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
∎ Budget Management: Monitor expenses, manage service contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
∎ Compliance & Regulations: Ensure the building meets all legal and regulatory requirements, including fire safety and building codes.
∎ Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Engage and oversee cleaning, security, and maintenance service providers.
∎ Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and manage risk mitigation.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and compliance reports.
