∎ Assigning cleaning tasks and areas to housekeeping staff and monitoring their performance.
∎ Inspecting rooms, lobbies, and common areas for cleanliness and order.
∎ Conducting training sessions on cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
∎ Managing the stocking and ordering of cleaning supplies to ensure availability and budget compliance.
∎ Resolving any guest issues or complaints related to cleanliness in a timely and efficient manner. Preparing reports on departmental activities, staff performance, and resource utilization.
