Responsibilities & Context:
Cook all the Thai-Chinese items as per menu.
Ensure that as Chinese Chef the candidate must have complete knowledge on each and every item of Thai-Chinese food
Ensuring standard of personal hygiene as well as hygiene standard of cooking process.
Ensuring Health and Safety measures including Accident prevention.
Follow up day to-day instructions given by the Management and ensuring the correct serving portions followed as per SOP.
Checks all food production equipment for safe and proper operation and uses according to Material safety data sheet.
Co-ordinates with co-workers to make smooth operation- giving helping hand when it's needed.
