Experience:

Experience in managing multi-specialty or corporate hospitals will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations.

JSK Group, a leading and fast-growing healthcare organization in Bangladesh, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and visionary Hospital Director to oversee and manage the overall operations of its hospital and healthcare network. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, operational excellence, financial performance, and patient satisfaction across all departments.
Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for hospital operations, administration, and development.
Oversee all clinical, diagnostic, and non-clinical departments to ensure efficient coordination and service quality.
Formulate and implement hospital policies, protocols, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
Lead the hospital management team to achieve organizational goals and maintain high patient care standards.
Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Drive continuous improvement in patient safety, quality of care, and service excellence.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors and corporate office for reporting, strategic planning, and project execution.
Monitor performance metrics, patient feedback, and staff efficiency for ongoing improvement.
Ensure effective collaboration between doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of department heads and senior staff.
Promote innovation and the integration of modern technologies in healthcare management.
Represent the hospital in external relations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
