Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, English, Communications, BBA, Information Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in documentation management, technical writing, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Proficiency with document management software and tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems (CMS).
Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with sectoral regulations and compliance standards related to documentation and record-keeping.
Experience in developing document templates, style guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Position Summary
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Sr. Documentation Officer to join our Business Development Team. This role ensures that documentation processes adhere to company policies, sectoral regulations, and compliance standards. Additionally, the position collaborates with various departments to streamline document workflows, implement best practices, and ensure easy access to the information, maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities for the position will include:
Create, format, and maintain technical documents, manuals, and records.
Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure that documentation meets company regulations, policies, and legal requirements.
Maintain version control, track document revisions, and ensure proper approval workflows.
Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information and ensure documentation reflects current processes.
Assist in developing document templates, style guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and efficiency.
Organize, store, and manage documents in accessible digital or physical formats while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Identifying new business opportunities through client’s website, communication, market research, and networking.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing and upcoming clients to drive company business.
Preparing technical and financial proposals to response EOI, RFP, RFA & RFQ from several prospective clients.
Keeping up to date with sectoral trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
