Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
  • Additional training or certification in office management, administration, or process optimization will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative management, office coordination, or institutional support.

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bangla & English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems, and office management software.

Position Overview

We are inviting applications from proactive, organized, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Coordinator (Admin). This full-time role will provide direct support to the Executive Director in managing all administrative functions for DTI and sometimes for a unified polytechnic framework. The ideal candidate will help ensure operational efficiency, maintain institutional standards, and support staff and student services across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin & HR team for all five polytechnic campuses.
  • Manage official correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filing.
  • Maintain organized records of meetings, project files, reports, and institutional communications.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups for meetings, workshops, inspections, and official events.
  • Support HR-related activities including leave management, staff data maintenance, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in policy implementation, compliance checks, and standard operating procedures across campuses.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Academic, Accounts, Marketing, and Admin) to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities management, and campus administrative resources.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on administrative progress and operational activities.
  • Provide visitor management and support for high-profile guests and institutional stakeholders.
  • Support student services such as orientation, documentation, and event coordination.
  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance institutional efficiency and governance.


Job Other Benifits:

    Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 30,000

    (The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s organizational and administrative expertise, ability to ensure smooth office operations, manage resources efficiently, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate a challenge-taking, doer mindset with a revenue-focused approach to support institutional processes.)
