Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee overall business operations, including Sales, Marketing, Production, Merchandising, Retail, Accounts, HR, and Administration.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

  • Strengthen organizational processes, policies, and reporting systems.

  • Analyze sales performance, inventory management, and profitability to support business decisions.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.

  • Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
