∎ ১) ফুড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং/ফুড টেকনোলজিতে ডিপ্লোমা / স্নাতক ডিগ্রি।
∎ ২) আইসক্রিম বা ফুড প্রোডাকশন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে অন্তত ৩-৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ ৩) HACCP, GMP এবং ISO 22000 সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান।
∎ ৪) উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়ার সাথে সম্পৃক্ত বিভিন্ন সরঞ্জামের কারিগরি দক্ষতা।
∎ ৫) লিডারশিপ গুণাবলি এবং উৎপাদন টিম ব্যবস্থাপনায় অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ ৬) সময় ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং কাজের প্রতি মনোযোগী হওয়ার দক্ষতা।
∎ ৭) মাইক্রোসফট অফিস এবং প্রোডাকশন রিলেটেড সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে পারদর্শিতা।
∎ ৮) সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা এবং সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের সক্ষমতা।
∎ ৯) চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সামর্থ্য।
∎ ১০) আইসক্রিম বা দুগ্ধজাত পণ্যের উৎপাদনে সরাসরি কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ অটোমেশন প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান। বা দুগ্ধজাত পণ্যের উৎপাদনে সরাসরি কাজের অভিজ্ঞদের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
∎ ১১) আইসক্রিম মেশিনারিজ প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১) আইসক্রিম পণ্যের উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা ও তত্ত্বাবধান।
∎ ২) উৎপাদন সময়সূচী প্রস্তুত এবং উৎপাদন লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ।
∎ ৩) কাঁচামাল থেকে চূড়ান্ত পণ্য উৎপাদনের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ৪) উৎপাদন খরচ হ্রাস এবং কার্যক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি নিশ্চিতকরণ।
∎ ৫) HACCP, GMP এবং অন্যান্য মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ পদ্ধতির যথাযথ প্রয়োগ।
∎ ৬) উৎপাদন দলের কার্যক্রম তত্ত্বাবধান এবং কর্মীদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
∎ ৭) মেশিন ও সরঞ্জামের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও কার্যক্ষমতা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ৮) অর্ডার অনুযায়ী সময়মতো পণ্য সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
