∎ কোল্ডস্টোর ও রেফ্রিজারেশন, সকল ধরনের কম্প্রেসার, চিলার,কন্টিনিউয়াস ফ্রিজার, হোমোনাইজার ইত্যাদি যন্ত্রাংশ রিপেয়ারিং, ওয়েল্ডিং, অপারেটিং এর বিষয়ে বাস্তবিক অভিজ্ঞতা এবং আইসক্রিম ফ্যাক্টরিতে সরাসরি কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্নদের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হইবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১) নতুন কোল্ডস্টোর, হার্ডিন ফ্রিজ, ক্যান্ডি ট্যাঙ্ক, চিলার, কন্টিনিউয়াস ফ্রিজার, সকল ধরনের কম্প্রেসার ইনস্টল করা। ইনস্টলেশনের প্রয়োজনীয় ইলেকট্রিকাল এবং মেকানিক্যাল জ্ঞান থাকা আবশ্যক।
∎ ২) নিয়মিতভাবে সিস্টেমের তাপমাত্রা এবং কার্যকারিতা পরীক্ষা করা। রেফ্রিজারেশন সিস্টেমে ফ্রেয়ন গ্যাস বা কুল্যান্ট পরিমাপ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রিফিল করা। ফিল্টার পরিবর্তন করা, কম্প্রেসার বা ফ্যানের সমস্যাগুলো শনাক্ত এবং মেরামত করা।
∎ ৩) রেফ্রিজারেশন সিস্টেমে কোনো লিকেজ বা ইলেকট্রিকাল সমস্যা হলে তা সনাক্ত করে সমাধান করা। সিস্টেমের কার্যক্ষমতা ধরে রাখতে ছোটখাটো মেরামতের কাজ করা এবং বড় সমস্যায় কারিগরি টিমের সাহায্য নেওয়া।
∎ ৪) কোল্ডস্টোর বা ফ্রিজের অভ্যন্তরীণ তাপমাত্রা মনিটর করা এবং তাপমাত্রা সেটিং অনুযায়ী নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যাতে সংরক্ষিত পণ্যগুলোর গুণগত মান বজায় থাকে।
∎ ৫) রেফ্রিজারেশন সিস্টেমের সাথে সম্পর্কিত ইলেকট্রিকাল এবং প্লাম্বিং লাইনের কাজের তদারকি করা। জরুরি সময়ে সঠিক যন্ত্রাংশ ইনস্টল বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা।
∎ ৬) রেফ্রিজারেশন সিস্টেম সঠিকভাবে কাজ করছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করতে আন্তর্জাতিক এবং স্থানীয় মানদণ্ড অনুসরণ করা। নিরাপত্তা বিধান মেনে চলা, বিশেষত কোল্ডস্টোরের কুল্যান্ট বা ফ্রেয়ন গ্যাস লিক হলে তা দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
∎ ৭) প্রতিদিনের কাজ এবং সিস্টেমের কার্যক্ষমতার রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা। প্রতিটি সার্ভিস, ইনস্টলেশন বা মেরামতের কাজের রেকর্ড রাখা।
∎ ৮) প্রযুক্তিগত দক্ষতা যেমন, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) এবং কোল্ডস্টোর সংক্রান্ত টেকনিক্যাল জ্ঞান থাকা।
∎ ৯) যেকোনো ত্রুটি দ্রুত এবং দক্ষতার সাথে সমাধান করার ক্ষমতা থাকা। টিমের সদস্য বা ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে স্পষ্টভাবে যোগাযোগ করা।
∎ ১০) চাপের মধ্যে থেকে কাজ করার মানসিক ধৈর্য্য এবং ম্যানেজমেন্টের প্রয়োজন অনুসারে যে কোন দায়িত্ব পালন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
