∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Treasury Management Team of the Bank.
∎ Maintenance of Cash Reserve Requirement and Statutory Liquidity Ratio by ensuring compliance.
∎ Investment in treasury bills, treasury bonds, Bangladesh Bank bills with maintaining liquidity and earn profit.
∎ Monitoring movement of fund through BACH, EFTN, RTGS, MI Module, Clearing Account etc.
∎ Look after the bank's ALM desk in compliance with Bangladesh Bank's guidelines, act as Member Secretary of bank's ALCO, meaningful delivery of asset liability position of the bank to the management with suggestions for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 15 years of working experience in Commercial Banks of which 5 years as Head of Treasury or Deputy Head of Treasury.
∎ Well conversant in regulatory requirements, banking rules & regulations, practice and procedures of treasury operations, automated system and allied affairs ensuring compliance
∎ Knowledge on Acts and Laws related to banking business.
∎ Thorough knowledge in Banking operations.
∎ Well conversant with Core Banking Software.
∎ Able to apply sound independent judgment in addressing financial/accounting issues.
