Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine overall treasury business and risk strategy.
∎ Manage ALM & Interbank dealing activities for the Bank within the framework of Bank's policies, Bangladesh Bank, foreign exchange regulation.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of treasury related accounting / financial reporting.
∎ Responsible for maintaining CRR, SLR, LCR & Wholesale Borrowing etc. for better liquidity Management of Bank.
∎ Document, refine and maintain Treasury policies and procedure manuals and maintain treasury management systems.
∎ Follow up, analyze and interpret financial markets, provide necessary reports with forecasting to the management.
∎ Able to handle LCY Management, Money Market Dealing, FCY Management.
∎ Serve as member secretary to ALCO Meeting.
∎ Any other directives issued by competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15-18 years of experience out of which at least 05 years of experience as Head/Deputy Head of Treasury Division in any scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on relevant field and leadership quality
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good command over English is desirable.
