Currently CVC Finance Limited is looking for young, energetic, seasoned & professionals for the following position.
∎ The position will be responsible for the smooth operations of Treasury department. The incumbent should have sound knowledge of financial and investment strategies. He/She must have a wide network of relationship in the financial service sector. Strong analytical ability, strong negotiation and organizational skills are also required.
∎ Location : Corporate Head Office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage and oversee all functions and activities of Treasury Department by deploying appropriate resources / tools / strategies.
∎ To lead and motivate the assigned team by displaying strong integrity and business ethics.
∎ To manage, control and regulate effectively as also efficiently the Financial Institute's funds and ensure that the liquidity position of the FI is sound and optimally cost effective as also requirements of funds are readily met for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
∎ Independently capable of conducting Treasury and Money Market deals on day to day basis.
∎ Capable of efficient cash flow and fund management.
∎ Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
∎ Responsible for money market operations & day to day activities
∎ Maintain monthly CRR and SLR requirements by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Capable of handling all Bangladesh Bank reporting related to Treasury operations.
∎ Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
∎ Evaluate, develop and implement cash flow management systems to optimize efficiencies.
∎ Manage effective liaison, relationships with banks and FI's.
∎ Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
∎ Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
∎ Lead the department financial budgetary process to acquire funds.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year (s) experience of working in Treasury department of a bank/FI.
∎ Excellent Treasury relationship with good number of banks & FI's
∎ Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
∎ Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
∎ Knowledge of treasury software expertise.
∎ Experience of dealing with Treasury bills/bonds will be preferred.
∎ Interested in process improvement.
∎ Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
∎ Good communication skill
