2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing will get advantage.

Job responsibilities
Provide information to prospective customers regarding products and services.
Effectively screen and then engage prospects and converts them to clients.
Participate actively in serving the clients and selling clients additional products & services.
Achieve strong conversion rates for phone or in-person visit as set forth by sales leadership.
In partnership with the manager, develops and implements monthly & quarterly sales plan.
Visit end customers and resellers on regular basis as per set KPI.
Ensure customer / market intelligence is captured and acted upon. Maximising sales opportunities and developing root cause solutions to our customer issues.
Promptly completes daily sales log, weekly sales checklist, and any other information on progress and performance.
Uses database to accurately record client information and effectively manage activities related to client relations and the sales process.
Monitor credit collection to ensure debtors as per plan.
Ensure accuracy of physical stock reconciliation at the end of the month and highlight any discrepancies to HOB.
Assist in planning Revenue expenses and inputs for mid/long term planning.
Participate/hold meeting/workshop/conference as and when sought by superior/cross functions/team members.
Involve in cross-functional activities with operations, Distribution & others, handling of legal activities of the Area.
Perform administrative jobs related to Sales Centre like staff administration, Licenses, VAT activities, Safety etc.
