∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as General Manager for Washing Plant located at Gazipur.
∎ Have to manage garment washing and finishing related different technical problems from development to bulk.
∎ Developing sustainable wash methods through on E flow, laser and Ozone.
∎ Deciding & establishing the bulk wash recipes with maximum utilization of resources and machine.
∎ Have to handle all denim and Knits developments for Customers.
∎ Must have vast knowledge in laser technology for sustainable washing and finishing.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on RSL Chemicals and calculations.
∎ Ability to develop any kind of complex washes.
∎ In addition of regular washes can handle performance washes, crinkle free treatments, odor free treatments, washing of organic products, durable water repellant (DWR) finishes, handling of cool max fabrics, treatment to improve wicking properties of fabrics etc.
∎ Able to achieve and replicating any kind of inspirational targets.
∎ Close monitoring on the testing parameters.
∎ Execute new innovations for developments.
∎ Always searching to adhere on Sustainable Products with less water and less Chemicals.
∎ Control over minimize the damages & wastage of resources.
∎ Provide technical advices to related Executives and supervisors to achieve the organizational targets.
∎ Maintain discipline in the work place.

∎ House Rent: 30,000/-
