Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow up wet process machine loading & unlading with standard time & as per machine planning;
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottleneck areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
- Time study for set SMV during shade band & first production lot running;
- Lead the lot preparation team to make sure lots are in front of machine before unload the machine;
- Leads the production manual work like tie cut, tag open and stone separation for avoid any delays;
- Cost control program OT, EOT, Electricity & excess manpower then budget, production wastage like - rejection, re-wash, wrong shade segregation;
- Arrange the training program for helper to Jr. Operator, Jr. Operator to Operator and Operator to Asst. Supervisor each month;
- Manpower & Capacity analysis with monthly shipment requirement quantity;
- Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) department independently focusing on process improvement, efficiency, and productivity by implementing problem solving tools & techniques in dry & wet process;
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing, work study strategies to minimize waste and optimize production;
- Implementation of Quick Change Over (QCO) dry and wet process;
- Each shift absenteeism balancing within 15-minute dry & wet process;
- As per shipment schedule make machine & dry process plan with SMV;
- Machine & style wise target setting 1st, 2nd & acid wash and dry process;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shade-band, production, quality, planning, washing and sample to streamline workflow and improve overall factory efficiency;
- Develop plant capacity plans and floor/factory balancing to meet production targets and ensure on time delivery;
- Make SMV database by time study, motion study, provide operation bulletin dry & wet and set target, improve MMR (Man Machine Ratio), make skill matrix
