• Experience in Embroidery Software (e.g, Wilcom, LEdit, APS, LCS etc) will be proffered.

• Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.

A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Senior Designer (Embroidery & Schiffli) for the Garments Division located at Gazipur.

• Create and develop original embroidery designs, focusing on Schiffli embroidery.
• Translate design concepts and trends into innovative embroidery patterns suitable for various products, such as garments, home textiles, and accessories.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and meet market demands.
• Utilize Schiffli embroidery machines to produce large-scale, intricate designs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be efficiently manufactured.·        Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to embroidery production.
• Collaborate with the design team, including other designers, pattern makers, and product developers, to integrate embroidery designs into collections.
• Work with the merchandising team to understand customer needs and market trends, incorporating these insights into the design process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality and accuracy of embroidery designs.
• Oversee the sampling and production process to ensure that the final product matches the original design concept.·        Conduct quality checks on embroidery samples and finished products, making adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure that all designs meet the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in embroidery and textile design, with a particular focus on Schiffli techniques.
• Experiment with new materials, techniques, and technologies to create unique embroidery designs.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, including artwork, color schemes, and material requirements.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to the design team and senior management for approval.
• Maintain organized records of all designs, samples, and production details.
