• Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.

• Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.

• Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and operations.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Assistant General Manager (Quality & Technical) for the Garments Division located at Gazipur.

• Oversee the quality control process, including inspections, audits, and testing, to identify and address any quality issues.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the production process.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficient operations.

• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to production and work with engineering teams to develop solutions.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and optimizing technical processes.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and technical operations and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Manage and mentor the quality assurance and technical teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality within the team.

• Coordinate with other departments, including production, supply chain, and R&D, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards and technical specifications.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality materials and components.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to quality and technical operations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes, technical specifications, and audit results.

• Ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and technical specifications.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in quality management and technical operations.

• Explore and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance quality and technical efficiency.

• Promote the adoption of digital tools and data analytics to improve quality control and technical operations.
