Experience:

The Head of Supply Chain (Electronics & Automobile) is responsible for leading and managing the overall supply chain operations of the electronics and automobile divisions. This role ensures that all supply chain activities — from procurement and production planning to logistics and distribution — are executed efficiently and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, policies, and quality standards. The Head of Supply Chain will oversee a multidisciplinary team, develop and implement supply chain strategies, and drive continuous improvement to enhance cost efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction across the value chain.
Job Description:
Strategic Leadership
Formulate and implement supply chain strategies to support the company’s business growth and profitability goals.
Provide leadership and direction to procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse, and distribution teams.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between production, sales, finance, and R&D to ensure business alignment.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Develop and manage strategic sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability of supply.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors and partners.
Implement supplier evaluation and audit systems to maintain performance and compliance standards.
Planning & Inventory Control
Lead demand forecasting, production planning, and material requirement planning (MRP) to optimize resource utilization.
Ensure balanced inventory levels across all stages — raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Establish systems for accurate stock visibility, aging analysis, and inventory turnover optimization.
Logistics & Distribution
Manage nationwide logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery to depots, distributors, and retailers.
Optimize route planning, transportation cost, and warehouse utilization.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure smooth material and product flow.
Process Optimization & Automation
Implement ERP-driven supply chain solutions for better visibility and control.
Introduce best practices in supply chain automation, data analytics, and performance monitoring.
Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
People & Performance Management
Build, train, and mentor a strong supply chain team with clear KPIs and accountability.
Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across the department.
