∎ Recovery/Regularization/Rescheduling of Classified Loans/NPL portfolio in line with banking laws and practices

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policies & Procedures:
∎ Establish & implement SAM policies for management of classified
∎ assets (SME)
∎ Directing:
∎ Coordinate with internal & external legal counsels in dealing with classified
∎ accounts to ensure implementation of best legal strategies
∎ Pro-actively participate to increase influence over the outcome of
∎ restructuring/settlement plans/solutions
∎ Staffing:
∎ Develop staff with appropriate qualifications & skills for management
∎ of classified assets
∎ Provide support, advice & guidance to the staff in achieving their individual,
∎ Division and Bank-wide performance goals /Target
∎ Relationship Management
∎ Meet clients, other creditors, consultants, etc. as required for managing the
∎ SAM accounts (SME)
∎ Budget for annual expenses of SAM to ensure recovery at minimum costs
∎ & maximum profit
∎ Communications & Working Relationship:
∎ External: Communicate with creditors, external legal counsel,
∎ consultants and regulators
∎ Internal: Coordinate and liaise with Regulatory bodies, CRMD, Legal,
∎ CLAD & other concerned Divisions/Departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience of 10 years including 3 (three) years in the present status as Head of SAMD.
∎ Maximum 45 (forty-five) years. May be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
