∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experience in commercial banks, including 5 years as Head of SME Banking, Deputy Head of SME Banking
∎ Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements.
∎ Sound knowledge of Commercial Banking, Trade Services, local regulations and exposure to SME Banking industry.
∎ Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English- Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Age not exceeding 50 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the SME division to achieve growth targets, expand market share, and contribute to the bank's overall objectives.
∎ 02.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
∎ 03.Team Leadership: Lead a team of SME relationship managers and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high-performance standards.
∎ 04.Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the SME loan portfolio, monitoring credit quality, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ 05.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the SME sector, develop innovative financial products, and foster partnerships to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
∎ 06.Credit Appraisal: Evaluate credit proposals, conduct thorough risk assessments, and make informed lending decisions while ensuring the bank's risk appetite is maintained.
∎ 07.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify potential gaps and opportunities within the SME market.
∎ 08.Performance Metrics: Set performance targets for the SME division, regularly analyze key performance indicators, and take corrective actions to achieve business goals.
∎ 09.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as credit, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of SME-related initiatives.
∎ 10.Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting the division's performance, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
