• Age At least 35 years

• 12 to 18 years in garments Woven/Denim manufacturing factory in dept of Sample/CAD /Technical

• 5 years practical working experience as Head of Sample & CAD in Denim/Woven Garments factory.

• Lead the total sample units & CAD department for woven denim (Tops+ Bottoms) products & ensure the right quality & design sample within the time frame.

• Need to ensure right qty sample production based on the Machine and manpower & report to management daily output status.

• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CAD processes & sample sewing, cutting & quality sections.

• Need to ensure timely delivery of right patterns, markers, and all the samples timely as per buyer requirement.

• Review and approve base patterns and graded patterns to ensure accurate fit, construction, and production feasibility and guide to PP meeting before start bulk.

• Ensure all the fit & PP in right measurement and quality and ensure all the approval on time.

• Ensure the pattern shape and design as per the buyer requirement and tech packs.

• Ensure optimum marker efficiency and minimal fabric wastage for all styles.

• Coordinate with merchandising, wash R&D, bulk production, and quality teams for any technical support.

• Manage pattern correction based on sample fitting feedback and buyer comments & requirements.

• Analyse safety & risk factor for the products, having denim wash Knowlagent & suggest process improvements where needed.

• Provide regular reports on daily sample output, CAD efficiency, sample fabric utilization, and as well team performance.

• Organizing the meeting with buying technical team where necessary
