∎ Degree in Management preferably in Sales/Marketing from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set comprehensive strategic plans to achieve the company's sales budgets.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales Target Achievement.
∎ Oversee daily operations and the work of sales team.
∎ Frequent visits to observe sales activities all over Bangladesh Market.
∎ Manage relationships with distributors, dealer, agent & brokers.
∎ Distribution and dealer channel development.
∎ Regularly analyze Market trend and take necessary initiatives.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum 10 years' experience in a senior managerial position of which at least 05 years' experience in similar Industry/capacity.
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Sound communication skills.
∎ Age below 45 years.
∎ Ability to travel extensively.
∎ Candidates from reputed organizations National/Multinational will be an added advantage.
∎ fully qualified member from a professional body such as (CIM) will be an added advantage.
