Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set effective strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
∎ Evaluate the performance of Sales Forces on regular basis and provide motivation & support to team members to achieve targets and productivity.
∎ Monitor Distributor's / Dealer's network, and strength for effective coverage & Sales Expansion.
∎ Prepare and communicate daily/weekly/monthly working program for individual Sales staff.
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Area Manager, Sales Representatives, and Distributors.
∎ Explore market activities with special emphasis on competitors' activities and propose an effective strategy to gain market share.
∎ Cultivate and maintain a strong consultative sales approach that focuses on building a long-term, value-based relationship with the customers.
∎ Report goals, sales activities, market insights, and customer data under prescribed communication methods and channels in a regular and timely fashion.
∎ Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team.

∎ Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support the real-time business decision;
∎ Proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress.
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
∎ Willing to travel intensely all over the country.
