∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Head of Quality, knit garments quality, Lean Management, Quality knit garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Minimum 10 year experience as a Sr. Manager (Quality)
∎ Must have knowledge about Lean Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 10 year experience on Walmart/H&M
∎ Must be able to ensure all kind of quality, FCCA & technical audit.
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of Knit garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain AQL standard in all level of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement & capable to handle buying house regarding quality.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, GSM, blanked/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Size set making time information, before wash and after wash measurement & report, pattern correction.
∎ Coordinate with buyer, merchant & production team.
∎ Working with Walmart / H&M will given advantage.
∎ Knowledge of lingerie Item quality will given advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in 100% Export Oriented knit Factory.
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience as Sr. Manager (Quality)
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc.)
∎ Do Not apply if you don't have any working experience with Walmart or H&M Buyer.
Salary: Negotiable
