Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customers required quality standards in production and on finished goods.
∎ Achieve 100% first time final inspection pass rate.
∎ Communicate and Handle customers and their representatives.
∎ Maintain acceptable first pass yield and the cost of quality manufacturing process.
∎ Implement and Practice Professional quality assurance and quality controlling standard operating procedures
∎ Train and develop the quality staffs to required skill and knowledge levels
∎ Achieve and sustain the Quality standards related performance indicators including, FPY, DHU, and Rejections, and Costs.
∎ Perform required responsibilities in the areas of, Sample developments, Material inspections, Pre-production activities, Production activities, Inspections, and post production activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Years in Woven garments manufacturing, and 5+ years in similar position.
∎ Communication skills in English.
∎ 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
∎ Experience with Tops and Bottoms. Jackets, Uniforms and Work wear experience will be added advantages.
∎ Strong knowledge about Material inspections, Wash garments requirements, quality standards.
∎ Computer literacy such as MS word, Excel, e mail communication.
